All the products available on this website are 100% Vegan, gluten-free, and considered safe for senistive skin types ( i.e. roseacea, dermatitis, eczema), contact lens wearers, breast feeding mothers et al., however it is always best and highly recommended that you consult with your Physician if you should have any pre-existing conditions and/or concerns.
Glad you asked! It may appear as if there are granuales within the product as certain ingredients tend to appear like so at first glance, however, once your skin makes contact with the product, it will almost instantly melt.
All Eye'm the Balm items are good for 12 months upon opening. However: if YOU contaminate the product by cross-contaminating it, you must be aware of such circumstances.
According to Webster dictionary “an inadvertent transfer of bacteria or other contaminants from one surface, substance, etc." which means: always be aware of how you access product (i.e.) Make sure your hands/fingers are properly washed and dried prior to dipping into product. Make sure that any wands or scoops have been properly sanitized both prior to use and after. Creating consistent protocols even for your own home life is key to optimal health and well-being.

In most circumstances it's ok! As long as you notice before it melts and spills; Eye'm the Balm is a balm, which means it has NO water ingredients. When stored properly and used within it's 12 month marker, it will remain safe to use! If it melts from sitting within a warm space, be aware when opening so that it doesn't spill. Go ahead and place it into the fridge or in a cool space and it will revert back to a firmer consistency.
